Cozy Single Room in Battersea at Great Price

We have a single room available in our 6 bed flat in Battersea from the start of November!

🏡The Flat
The room comes with a single bed and a large wardrobe (the smaller wardrobe may also be staying in the room). It's got large windows that get plenty of light, and it is on the 2nd floor. We don't have a living room space but there is a decent sized kitchen. The flatmates are a mix of Spanish, British, and American. We're all happy to have a chat when we see each other about the flat, but generally everyone tends to keep to themselves.

🌳The Area
We're located around a 15-20 minute walk from the Clapham Junction area, and are quite close to both Battersea Bridge and Battersea Park. The local area is lovely and very safe. There's a large ASDA, Lidl, and Boots near Clapham Junction, as well as several Tesco Express shops closer to the flat.

170 bus to Victoria leaves from right outside the flat

Bills can be variable each month and average 100-150 a month depending on the season. The deposit I believe is 550 but I need to double check that.
