Looking for someone to replace me in my room

I’ve been that one leaving is this amazing 4-bedroom flat for 4 years, and now is time for me to move on and sadly to leave this home sweet home where I've built so many memories along the way.

The Flat is located on the main road (Battersea Bridge Road, 5 min from the park), and as I'm the one who has lived here for a long time the feeling of all the people/friends that come in is like ‘this is a cosy house where I would like to live too’.

-4 bed in total
-living room with an open modern kitchen
-2 storage spaces where to keep the staff
-2 bathroom (one downstairs and one upstairs)
-furnished

*Available from the 18th October* no contract.

*Minimum stay 1 year* if you decide to stay longer you are welcome to come in the contract with the other flatmate.

-Price £1000 (rent)+£100 bills (roughly around £100 in winter and less in summer)

I’m looking forward for someone (preferably a girl) who can respect the rules that we have like cleaning the all house once a week with a rota, keeping it clean, tidy and organised during the week as well, and respecting the common areas.
When we are into we like to spend time together like cooking, watching movies, going for a run, shopping, and going out for drinks.
I’m from Italy and the other flatmates are 2 girls(one from Italy and one from Turkey, both working in hospitality) 1 boy(from Spain, an architect).
