The room contains a chest of drawers, wardrobe and bed with mattress (as well as a few shelves).
The house is spacious with a kitchen, living room and a garden. There is bike storage in the garden shed. There are is one larger bathroom and another separate toilet. Parking is available outside. The house is very close to Battersea High Street and not far from Battersea Park. Lidl, Tesco and Boots nearby.
Bills not included. Council tax band D.
Ideally we are looking for a young woman in her twenties, but can be flexible. It would be very short term to help me cover the rent before I move in.
You would be living with three women in their early twenties who work in the civil service and for a casting agency. They are tidy and clean, and really good fun to be around. Great way to make friends while looking for a more permanent place to live.
