Hello!
Our current flatmate is moving back home at the end of November and we are looking for someone to fill her room🤍
You will be living with 3 guys and 4 girls ages 25-29 all young professionals from Ireland, Scotland and England. We are a socialbe bunch who enjoy drinks, weekend activities, tv nights (reality shows sports and series) and the occasional trip across the road to the best coffee shop ever -SPREAD☕️
The house spans three floors with a bathroom on each level. Just 5 minutes to clapham junction station, high street and Clapham common. Spoiled for choice!!
This room is at the top of the property on floor 3, features 3 sky lights, double bed, wardrobe etc..
Bills are around 60 pound a month and council is band F.
*Our flatmate is also happy to leave the chest of drawers, shelving unit, clothes rail and her desk and chair in the room to make things easier for you, you can discuss that with her at the viewing and sort out a cost if it works for you.
