3 Month Sublet, 01/11/25 - 31/01/25

I’m subletting my room for 3 months while I go travelling and looking for someone easy-going who’ll get along with my lovely housemates. It’s a very relaxed, social house where we enjoy the occasional games night, movie night, or pub quiz together — but we also respect each other’s space.

The house is a mix of British, Polish, Australian, and German flatmates, and everyone gets along really well. Three of the housemates are vegan/vegetarian, so it’s a great fit if you’re open-minded about food preferences.

2 very chilled cats (sometimes moody, but mostly cute!) 🐱🐱
2 washing machines + 1 dryer
2 ovens
Large fridge & freezer
Underfloor heating in common areas + central heating in bedrooms (super cozy in winter)
Shared spaces include: kitchen, dining room, courtyard, cinema room, and living room

We’re looking for someone who’s:
Clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces
Friendly and sociable, but doesn’t mind a quiet night in
Comfortable with pets
