Welcoming double available to rent in fab location

Looking for a roommate who is clean, tidy and respectful but also wants to share a communal space!

You’ll be living with myself and my two small dogs who love everyone (after 5 mins lol).

I’m looking for a room mate who will not only share the lovely home but ultimately become more like a friend. I’m sociable, friendly, respectful and clean! The ideal roommate would also share these similar qualities 🫶🏼.

I’m a nurse who works at a local Hospital (I don’t work night shifts!). I have lived in the house for the last year and love the area and the landlords.

More about the room/home:

-Situated on a very desirable, quiet residential street. Close to both Battersea and Falcon park (5-10mins walk) 🌳🌳

- Clapham Junction is a 10-15minute walk away. There’s also lots of local buses and lime bikes of course! I work in Waterloo and it’s a 15 minute cycle!🚌

-Furnished with a brand new double bed, mattress and a side table 🥰

-Shared large modern bathroom (includes shower/bath) 🛁

-Shared open living space, with a large corner sofa and large dining table 🏡 (happy for someone to use if they WFH a few times a week)

-Fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher & air fryer 🧑‍🍳👩‍🍳

-Cleaning will be shared but open to getting a cleaner if needed (I’m personally very clean so haven’t ever needed one! )🫧🧽

-All bills included in the price! (Council tax, gas & electric, water, TV & WiFi!) 💸

- The two dogs are super friendly, house-trained and quiet 🐶 we would be open to another well behaved dog if you have one! But sadly no cats as I’m allergic 🤧

- We have a garden with a lovely metal table with chairs and a BBQ 🍖

- The room is a great size, with a large window and a built in closet
