Looking for a friendly, tidy new housemate as my friend is leaving me for Aus :(
The property is a 2 bed flat right in between Battersea power station and Clapham Common, plenty of bus stops nearby too, so really well connected.
Our tenancy is up for renewal in May, at which point I will likely be leaving London to travel, but you can carry on the tenancy past that point if you love it.
The room originally came unfurnished but my housemate is happy to leave any furniture you need in the room for a small charge, so you’re welcome to bring anything you want. You’d also get your own bathroom as my room has an en-suite. Trinkets are encouraged in the living space as well!
We have a very homey open plan living/kitchen/dining area situation. Its a lovely communal space, and it’s great for having guests over. I’m looking for someone to be able to enjoy the space and have a chill and a yap with - I’m definitely partial to a midweek pint too!
Bills add up to around £130 each month. The letting agency is very responsive to any issues which is really handy.
