The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. The bedroom for rent is not furnished, but there is a wardrobe and double bed/mattress should you wish to use. There is also good in-built wall storage in the bedroom.

Closest stations are Clapham junction (overground) and Battersea Power station (northern line).

I work and study long hours during the week at home, and spend after work unwinding in the evening and having a quiet, chilled one.
I am relocating abroad around March 2026. After that, you have the option to either rent the flat entirely on your own (2300 GBP rental per month without bills) or find another tenant to share the apartment with you.
