Bright Room Available in friendly Battersea 3 Bed

Hey there, myself (Jamie) and Niamh, 2 Irish working professionals from Ireland are looking for a 3rd person to replace our pal who’s moving out.

The flat:
The flat is located by the Latchmere pub in Battersea and is a 5 minute walk to Battersea Park/10 minute walk to Clapham Junction.
The flat is a 3 bed with one en suite. The room for rent would be sharing the main bathroom with one male.
The hallway has a large closet which is used as storage and a wardrobe for this room and would be yours entirely.
The flat has a small balcony and gets the morning sun, making for some lovely bright mornings.
We have lived in the flat for nearly 2 years, with the lease up for renewal in March 2026. It is a rolling contract, which we will be extending.
The flat is managed by the a letting agents who are very helpful and responsive.

The roommates:
Jamie: 29 year old, working in Advertising. Currently in the office 3-4 days per week.
Niamh: 29 year old, working in Fashion, Currently in the office 3-4 days per week, often away for work trips
We’re both keen to have someone friendly and chilled to join the flat. Always happy to socialise together in the evenings but also be conscious on giving everyone their own space.
