I’m renting out one room in my 2 bedroom flat close to Battersea Power Station It’s a double room, furnished (2.28m x 2.28m). The room is bright and airy, and recently decorated.
My flat is light, comfortable and quiet, beautifully decorated with a lovely energy. You would have share of a well-appointed kitchen and bathroom. But no shared living area.
This would suit someone who is relaxed, tidy and considerate. A professional/student who works outside the home. I am easy going and enjoy a quiet living space, I often work from home. I prefer that lodgers do not have overnight guests and socialise outside the house as I also do, keeping the flat a peaceful environment.
This is a great area to live: a fairly quiet neighbourhood, but near to a variety of shops in Battersea Power Station, and lots of big and small supermarkets, good restaurants & gyms. Excellent transport links with a swift 15 mins into Central London, and beautiful Battersea Park 7 minutes walk away. The tube is 5 minutes away. It is safe and easy to walk to. The tube is in Zone 1. Excellent transport links, with plenty of buses. Also close to the Overground. Easy routes to airports.

The room is fully furnished and comes with a good bed/excellent mattress, table, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamps, desk.
I live in a small block of flats, with a lift.
