I’m looking to fill my room as I’m moving out to be closer to work.
The apartment is in an AMAZING location right next to Battersea Park, Prince Albert, a Tesco Express & Co-op, cafes and restaurants. There’s bus stops just across the road and Clapham Junction station is roughly a 20 minute walk away.
Rent is £700 per month paid on the 1st of every month, deposit is £550 and monthly bills are roughly £100.
The room comes with a double bed, built in storage and a free standing cupboard. The built ins are really deep so you won’t struggle with storage space!!
The apartment has a communal living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom and a lovely little balcony.
Your housemates will be Sophie, Mitch and Niamh. All work full time with Sophie and Niamh in hybrid roles and occasionally work from home. They’re all very lovely and super easy to live with!!
They’re looking for a new housemate who is in their mid twenties to early thirties, employed full time (hybrid role ok but no fully remote jobs please), clean, friendly and respectful!
