I have to rent out my family home, I looked after it very well and it is modern, beautiful, and gets plenty of light in the bedrooms as well as the garden.

It is a 4 bedroom house. Letting agencies believe it would easily go for £4,000 per month, but since it is my family home I prefer to find the right tenants even at a lower price.

It is in Battersea, Zone 1, a few minutes walk to the amazing park, and about 10min walk to Clapham Junction station which has the Overground and plenty of trains all over London.

I'm looking to rent this out probably around mid November.
