Friendly couple looking to fill a room- Battersea

Hi, we’re Caryn (28) and Marco (32). We’re a friendly, easygoing couple looking for one person or a couple to join us in a beautiful 2-bedroom flat at Bloom Nine Elms, near Battersea.

The development has amazing amenities: a full gym with sauna, swimming pool, concierge, cinema, piano room, terrace, co-working spaces, pet spa, and stylish communal areas. It’s a modern, well-designed building in a great location.

We’re ready to secure the flat and move in on December 1st, and we just need confirmation from an additional tenant. Some bills (like electricity and Wi-Fi) are already included, and the rest come to around £175 per room (£350 total).

A bit about us: Caryn works in accounting and Marco is an architect. We both enjoy playing tennis, going to the gym, travelling, and relaxing at home. We travel fairly often but really value a calm, respectful, and tidy home environment. We’d love to live with friendly, considerate people who are easy to get along with, ideally, the kind who enjoy a chat or shared meal every now and then :)

We’re also pet-friendly and more than happy to help take care of cats or dogs :)
