Looking for someone to take over my room in my lovely house (4 bed, 2 bath) in Clapham Junction/Battersea. You’ll be living with the loveliest housemates who I also met through gals who rent! 💕

Available from: 23rd December 2025 (can be flexible)
Lease is until: 01 August 2025

COSTS 💰
The room is £1,045 per month, excluding bills (usually around £70 a month). The room is the second largest in the house

LOCATION/TRANSPORT 📍
Nearest station is Clapham Junction station which is an 8-minute walk away. Clapham Common station is 15 minute walk away or 5 minute bus.

THE HOUSE 🏠
Large, very airy, LOADS of storage! Spacious garden with table + chairs. Separate area to WFH if needed. It’s the last in a row of houses so tucked away in the corner. The room a large double with wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk.

HOUSEMATES 👯‍♀️
You’ll be living with 3 of the loveliest gals (pics attached!) looking for a chill housemate who enjoys a night out, but also down for nights in. They are all working professionals, ages 24-25, WFH a few days a week. They are truly the best housemates ever!!
