I am the housemate moving out, with the remaining housemates being 2 girls and 3 guys. All such lovely people who work in London and have their own hobbies and friends but we also occasionally do fun things together for special occasions/birthdays etc. It’s a perfect mix.
I am flexible RE the move-out date so just message me. I’m thinking sometime in the new year - preferably mid/late Jan.
I am around during the week for viewings (day and night) apart from Wednesdays, so message me and we can sort.
By moving out early, I am technically breaking my contract so you would be taking over my contract and then carrying on from February with your own. This is something the agent will sort so no issues here. You will also have to go through the standard credit checks etc., but again that’s just part of the usual process.
