Top floor unfurnished south facing double room, with large wardrobe/storage, sharing bathroom

Two floor spacious house in a gorge street (very friendly neighbours), 5 min walk from the Latchmere pub, 7 min walk from Clapham Junction station, 5 min walk from Tescos, Sainsbury’s and very good fruit and vegetable shop!

Paved garden with two large olive trees that gets lost of sun in the summer, large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, downstairs loo, dining room and living room, upstairs bathroom with shower/bath

Rent: £1150 pcm not including bills (approx £100 pcm)
