🏡 I’m looking for someone who will feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly at home here. I’m a friendly mum whose children have grown up and moved out, so the house is peaceful and homely.

I enjoy cooking homemade meals, going for walks, and the occasional visit to the pub. I work full-time Monday to Friday at a local GP surgery, and sometimes spend weekends visiting my daughter, so the house is often calm and quiet.

🛏️ The room includes a double
bed, vanity unit with drawers, chest of drawers, large built-in wardrobe, a large storage cupboard,
and Sky TV. The lodger will have shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, and garden.

🚘 Roadside Parking is available outside the property, but a council parking permit
is required and is the lodger’s own responsibility and cost.

💳The rent is £950 per calendar month, payable monthly in
advance. The first month’s rent shall be paid on or before the start date. A deposit of £200 is also required, to be held by the landlord and returned at the end of the
agreement, subject to any deductions for damage or unpaid rent.

👩‍⚖️There will be an initial trial period of 2 months.
During the trial period, either party may end the arrangement with 2 weeks’ written notice.
After the trial period, either party may end the agreement by giving 4 weeks’ written notice.
