En-suite double in Battersea

After nearly 6 years living in this amazing place I’ve called home, it’s finally time for me to move back to Aus! Looking for a great someone to take over my room and flat with the lovely Carol-Ann, Lucy, and Lauren! Available from 1 Jan 26 but if you need to be here earlier, I’m sure we could work something out ;)

*Please note that the lease is due for renewal in April 2026 so the rent is likely to increase* - will still be a bargain though for the room, house, flatmates, and area!

THE ROOM
Top floor room and a great size with plenty of storage as well a lovely modern en-suite bathroom. It’s off the street so nice and quiet with a cute view of the neighbouring chimneys! As I am leaving the country, everything is up for sale: the desk, chair, bed, plants, mirrors etccc :)

THE HOUSE
The place is fab! Deceptively spacious, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a good sized kitchen/living space (with new dishwasher and laundry room), all spread over 3 floors with a large garden. The girls moved into the house unfurnished and therefore own all of the furniture in it, and would be open to any additions you’d like to bring, or any personality flare you’d like to add. Bills are £100 per month, covering everything from Wandsworth Council Tax, gas and Netflix.

THE FLATMATES
You’ll be staying with three great girls, all professionals and very friendly. The place is quiet during the day when everyone is at work but we do like to have our social time together whilst also giving each other space when needed - all the normal things! The girls are 30-32yo and so easy to live with.

THE AREA
Perfect location all round. 10-15 mins walk to either Clapham Common or Battersea Park so pretty much smack bam in the middle - perfect for park runs, aperols, picnics in the summer... Buses run every 5 mins down our road so easy to get to anywhere you need to go. It’s also a huge win having the Power Station with all the shops you need just down the road!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Someone, a guy or a girl, who is in their late twenties, or early thirties. By no means do you have to have the same interests as us; variety is the spice of life after all! Being clean and tidy is essential and as a house, we work hard in the week but, in true Rapunzel fashion, let down our hair at the weekends. We’re a friendly group and would love for someone to slot in for movie nights and pub outings - so if you like the sound of us, chances are we'll like you!
