Location:
- 12 minutes’ walk to Clapham Junction
- 15 minutes to Queenstown Road, Battersea Park and Clapham Common stations
- Excellent bus routes right 2 mins walk away

Rent & Bills:
- £950 pcm rent
- £150 pcm for all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, TV licence and broadband)
- Total: £1,100 per month

About Me
- I’m a social and outgoing 35-year-old who enjoys playing sports (squash and mixed netball) and seeing friends regularly, with the occasional quiet night in watching a series or film. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone who values the same.

Notes:
- I use a projector for watching TV/films, which is why there isn’t a TV in the living room.
- Room is single occupancy only (ie no couples)
- Ideally want a flatmate for 6-12 months but flexible for shorter or longer depending on the person/ situation.

Room is available from 1st August 2026. Ideally want the room to be filled by the 1st August but open to flexible move in date for the right person (which I did for my current flatmate and it was a great decision!)
