• Your room: the largest in the flat with a private en-suite
• Great location in Battersea – close to transport, parks, and amenities
• Rent: £1300/month + bills (approx. £110/month including council tax in summer)
I’m ideally looking for someone in their 30s who’s relaxed, considerate, and very clean– someone who values a calm and comfortable home.
