I am moving out of my cosy double room and looking for someone to replace me around 24th December. The contract will start from 2 January.

You will live with a professional female who is clean and quiet ideal if you need to work from home.

The flat is recently renovated, furnished, clean and in a great location with spacious high ceilings and a balcony. There’s a brand new washer&dryer and a brand new dishwasher, fridge and freezer. It is approximately 3 mins walking distance to Clapham Junction station, and a 10 minute walk from the Northcote road where you can find many nice restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and supermarkets (Asda superstore, waitrose, wholefoods, lidl, M&S, Sainsbury's and tesco).

The crossed out items in the pictures will be moved out but you will have:
a double bed,
built in wardrobe,
chest of drawers,
a bedside table
a full body mirror placed in the room after I move out.

Bills are not included but they come around £70-100 depending on the season.
