A bright and peaceful double room available in a lovely flat near Battersea Bridge. I have lived here for two years and would not be leaving if I didn’t need to return home urgently… it has truly been a wonderful place to stay.

About the room:
Spacious double room(new mattress!) with good natural light and plenty of storage. Quiet, comfortable, and ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful living environment.

Shared areas:
The flat has a cosy living room and a large balcony, perfect for summer BBQs or relaxing outdoors. Kitchen and bathroom are shared and well maintained. The building is safe and friendly, with kind neighbours.

Location & transport:
Located a short walk from Battersea Park, the Thames River, and local cafés and shops.
15 minutes from Clapham Junction station (Overground). Many buses to Victoria, Sloane Square, Piccadilly, Brixton, Peckham.

Housemates:
You’ll be sharing with two warm, considerate housemates (Chinese girls) who enjoy cooking, chatting, and occasionally watching movies together. Everyone is respectful, tidy, and easy to live with.

Rent & terms:
Rent is £890/month (bills not included).
Bills + council tax usually total £80–£90/month in summer, and £100–£120/month in winter.
Contract takeover required until September 2026. Move-in date is flexible between December 2025 and January 2026.

The property is in Council Tax Band D.
