Spacious room available in a 3 bed flat by Battersea Power Station (2 mins walk), close to Nine Elms and Vauxhall tube stations. By the river and in Zone 1. A built-to-rent flat with lots of amenities including a cinema, gym, garden, concierge, optional parking and a co-working space which is ideal for wfh (and a great way to meet people). You'll be sharing a bathroom with me.

Looking for a sociable flatmate who could become a good friend rather than just a flatmate, who is clean and tidy, respectful and easygoing. The current contract ends in July, but I will be renewing for at least another year, so I'm looking for someone interested in a long-term home. The third flatmate is planning to leave at the end of the contract, so it would be really nice to find someone new together.

A bit about me! I'm 27, work in finance and study law. In my free time I enjoy seeing friends and family for dinner or drinks, travelling, going to the gym or exercise classes, and trying to make the most of living in London. Evgenia is 24 and works in property. We're both sociable and have busy lives but are respectful of eachother's space. We try to keep the flat as clean and tidy as possible, and it's quite a peaceful environment.
