My current flatmate is moving out at the end of February, so I am looking for a new flatmate. I am a researcher at Royal College of Art, working full-time.

The flat is an excellent deal for the area, and the agency managing it is just down the road. There are a few things need to be fixed at the moment (bathroom wall/ celling is peeling and new ventilation is arranged to be installed), but it's being arranged, and I will help you with the agency.
