URGENT - Roomate needed for double room in SW11

Hello all!
I am the current tenant in the flat and looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is going back home to India. 1 double bed room available in a 2 bed apartment in Battersea. The room is quite spacious and there is a common living room and a dining table. The toilet and bathroom are shared and separate. The kitchen has a kettle, toaster, oven, electric cook top, washer and dryer. The shared living room is quite cosy and spacious! Tesco is literally a minute away by walk which is great!!

The rent is 1050 pounds per month (excluding council tax). The council tax is about 33 pounds pp, water is about 38 pounds pp, Wifi about 15 pounds and electricity is about 25-30 pounds. Heating is included in the rent which means the electricity bill doesn't go up too much during winters. Overall the rent with bills would be around 1200. The rent is going up by 75 pounds for 2 people (ie, 37.5 pounds per person) from March. 

I have been living here for a year and the neighbourhood feels safe. Battersea power station is a 15 minute walk and Battersea park is a 5-7 min walk. The location is truly great with the bus stop just a 2-3 minute walk away as well. A little about me: I mostly work from home 3-4 days a week. There is a dining table in the living room where you can work from. The room is quite spacious and can definitely fit an additional desk in case you want to work from home.

I keep the place quite clean and would love someone who is tidy. I am not into partying but I am always up for something fun! I am a big foodie and love to cook, I am always up for trying out new restaurants! I love going for hikes or trying out new activities, up for a movie night any day! I also keep the place quiet and relaxed.
