Available from January 1st (contract is until the 15th April but most likely there will be the possibility to renew as we have done so for the past few years 🤞🏼)
Rent is £835 (not including bills average month around £80)
Room is big with plenty of storage and space for a desk, but we also have a nice big living area and a small balcony perfect for the summer! ☀️

-15 mins walk from Clapham junction and Battersea power Station tube station
-The room comes fully furnished

Who you’ll be living with 3 young professionals:
Clare (26 & Irish) and Harriet (26, French/English) who have both lived in the flat for over 3 years and Morgan (26, from New Zealand) who has lived in the flat since April!
Chill and friendly atmosphere. We are social flat who enjoy group dinners and weekend walks in the park! 🌸

We’re looking to welcome someone that we can call our friend rather than just being a « sharer »
- Ideally someone who works in the office or max 2 days WFH.
- Mid to late 20s
- Working professional, no students.
