Cozy room in Battersea!

Hi, we are 3 Italians (Davida, Giada and myself Klarissa) looking for a 4th female flatmate to share our beautiful house with.
We are all professionals, mostly working in central London, which means that we are barely at home but when we are it's such a cozy and lovely place and we love it! For this reason we are looking for someone with similar work schedules, personality and habits as ours.

ABOUT US:
We are all very clean, quiet, friendly and respectful. We don't have parties at home but guests are allowed. No noises after 11 pm, no smoking and no pets are allowed.
We have cleaning schedules where we take turns to clean the whole flat once a week, this is really important for us, as sharing the flat with someone that does not respect this will lead to the termination of the contract (I have to mention this because we had issues regarding the cleaning schedules with previous tenants already 🙂).

ABOUT THE FLAT:
The room is small in size but cozy, the property is located in an amazing area right in front of the Battersea Power Station. 2 minutes walk from the tube station (northern line), 5-7 minutes walk from the train stations of Battersea Park Station and Queenstown Road. Many bus stops close by that will bring you in less than 30 minutes to Victoria, Vauxhall, Chelsea, Clapham Junction and many more areas close by.
We have many shops and restaurants close by, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose and Mark & Spencer at only a few minutes walk.

The room will be available from the 1st of January, possibly even sooner to start to move in your personal belongings.
The price is £625 per month and bills are not included, usually the bills altogether range between 100-150£ extra (electricity, gas, council, water and Internet).
The deposit is £510, and both rent and deposit will be sent to the landlord.
