I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this warm, welcoming Battersea flat. I’ve lived here for a year now and it truly feels like home, I’m only moving because I wanna start living by myself.

You’ll be sharing with three great people:

The two girlies work in hospitality whilst Sergio is an architect. The vibe at home is very relaxed and friendly, we enjoy hanging out, watching movies when we’re home at the same time, but also really respect personal space. Cleanliness, easy-going energy and mutual respect are important to us.
🏡 About the flat
The flat is fully furnished and well set up for shared living.
Layout includes:
• 4 double bedrooms
• 1 bathroom with bath + shower and 1 small bathroom downstairs (it’s basically yours)
• Shared living room
• 2 storage units upstairs
• 1 additional storage unit near the kitchen (perfect for food)
💸 Costs
• £970 per month
• Bills: £80–£120 (season-dependent)

Located in Battersea Bridge with great transport links, shops (Tesco and butcher just around the corner) and everything you need nearby.
