Spacious double room located 1min from the Riverside and a 10min walk from Clapham Junction station. it is perfectly situated in a beautiful area of the city and to access central and South west London easily.

The room comes complete with a personal bathroom with a shower (not en-suite but right next to the room), very spacious living/dining room, open plan kitchen and 2 fantastic housemates.

I (Patrick) am moving out due to a new job that is demanding me to be closer to the work place. I will be moving out on the 22nd December, and the new tenant can move in from then.

I have lived with Alex and Anna over the past year, but have known them as close friends for many years.
Both Anna and Alex are very fun, sociable and kind people. As housemates they are very clean, well organised and inviting individuals. It's been a true pleasure over the past year.
As fellow hard working professionals they are very supportive people that are open and clear communicators. Anna is originally from Australia and works as a physio. Alex is British born and bred, he works in asset management and distribution.
Alex works in the office full time and Anna works from home 1-2x/week. There is a desk in the living room that can be shared if Anna isn't wfh.

The flat itself has been fantastic, very warm through the winter and temperate in the summer. It can get a little humid in the winter, but the landlord has provided a dehumidifier with the property.
It comes complete with underground parking and bike racks, a shared outdoor court yard, easy transport and road access. Kitchen complete with very good induction stove, electric oven, microwave, washing machine.
Please note that the court yard is like a quadrangle and for all the flats in the complex to use. It can be nice and sociable during the summer months. It's a very friendly complex which is unusual for London! There is a building manager who is helpful with things like deliveries and small repairs.

The room itself comes unfurnished, aside a double wardrobe.
Rent is £940pcm without bills.
Including council tax and Utility bills, this comes to £1000pcm
The Property is rented through Marsh and Parsons and will require some paperwork with them. Safety deposit was roughly 5 weeks rent.
Rent is paid on the 22nd of each month and Council tax on the 4th.
Other bills are dependant on contracts.

A note from Alex & Anna:
We are doing most of the replying and viewing arrangements. We're looking for someone who is sociable and happy to be friends as well as flatmates. Obviously someone who is neat and tidy/pulls their weight. Ideally we would like someone to move in before the end of January.
We have a good coffee machine, nutribullet, slow cooker etc. All you need to bring is yourself & a bed really... If you're a good fit and the bed is a sticking point, we can sort something out. Anna is keen for a girl to hang out with and Alex will be happy to no longer give opinions on outfits for a night out! However we're open to males or females.
