I have lived with Alex and Anna over the past year, but have known them as close friends for many years.
Both Anna and Alex are very fun, sociable and kind people. As housemates they are very clean, well organised and inviting individuals. It's been a true pleasure over the past year.
As fellow hard working professionals they are very supportive people that are open and clear communicators. Anna is originally from Australia and works as a physio. Alex is British born and bred, he works in asset management and distribution.
The flat itself has been fantastic, very warm through the winter and temperate in the summer. It can get a little humid in the winter, but the landlord has provided a dehumidifier with the property.
It comes complete with underground parking and bike racks, an outdoor court yard, easy transport and road access. Kitchen complete with very good induction stove, electric oven, microwave, washing machine.
The room itself comes unfurnished, aside a double wardrobe. A bed can potentially be organised with the landlord but this would need to be discussed.
Rent is £940pcm without bills.
Including council tax and Utility bills, this comes to £1000pcm
The Property is rented through Marsh and Parsons and will require some paperwork with them. Safety deposit was roughly 5 weeks rent.
Rent is paid on the 22nd of each month and Council tax on the 4th.
Other bills are dependant on contracts.
