I’m moving back home to Canada shortly after the New Year, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for this lovely flat in Battersea!

The lease runs until 22 September 2026, with the option to renew.

Rent for the room is £1150, not including council taxes or utility bills (Council Tax is £69.00 total - happy to get into specifics of utilities in messages). The desk, chair and monitor are mine, but happy to sell for a low price if you want to take over the lease and have a work-from-home space.

The flat has a great living room space, large windows with beautiful sunsets in the summer/early fall.

Location is great - less than 5-minute walk to Battersea Park, 8-minute walk to Battersea Power Station (Northern Line), 3-minute walk to Tesco and 5-minute walk to Sainsbury’s. Lots of cafes nearby, and also close to two rail stations (Battersea Park and Queenstown Road).

You’ll be living with a lovely American flatmate (26F), who loves to bake and cook, so you’ll absolutely be spoiled when it comes to great food and treats!
