I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this warm, welcoming Battersea flat. I’ve lived here for a year now and it truly feels like home, I’m only moving because I wanna start living by myself.
Located in Battersea Bridge with great transport links, shops (Tesco and butcher just around the corner) and everything you need nearby.

Your room is right after the entrance. You will have a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest-drawer, with the option to purchase my desk and an IKEA shelf.
You’ll be sharing with three great people: Giorgia 🇮🇹 Aysen 🇹🇷 Sergio 🇪🇸 The two girlies work in hospitality whilst Sergio is an architect. The vibe at home is very relaxed and friendly, we enjoy hanging out, watching movies when we’re home at the same time, but also really respect personal space. Cleanliness, easy-going energy and mutual respect are important to us.

🏡 About the flat
The flat is on the first floor, fully furnished (washing machine) and well set up for shared living.
Layout includes:
• 3 double bedrooms upstairs + 1 your double room downstairs
• 1 shared bathroom with bath + shower upstairs and 1 small bathroom downstairs (no shower, attached to your room)
• Huge shared living room and kitchen with all the tools you need to cook... and more!
• 2 shared storage units upstairs and additional storage unit near the kitchen (perfect for food)

💸 Costs
• £970 per month
• Bills: £80–£120 (season-dependent)
