Double Zone 2 LGBT HOUSE

(ROOM WILL BE FULLY PAINTED BY MOVE IN)

We are looking for a lovely new housemate in our Battersea home.

The room is a small double and comes fully furnished with a build in wardrobe.
It has also been recently painted and still needs topping up which will be done by move in date.
The house has a front and back garden/yard.
It also has a large kitchen with dining area and a large living room with a TV.
Also has a washing machine! No dryer sadly.
There is also a huge amount of storage space in the property.
The current housemates are myself, Farah and Jaz. We are all working in the entertainment industry in various roles. We are ideally looking for an lgbt male housemate for a balance but will consider everyone of course!
Also ideally someone creative for a fit but not essential as our own job roles are very separate.
We are ideally looking for someone who will be a friendly fit for the house as we aren’t quiet strangers to each other but we do all have separate lives.

Council tax is band 4 - with bills the room is about £694 a month which is a steal for the area.
The house is not modern but it has a lovely homely feel and we have discussed painting the whole house previously to modernise the feel of it which we can discuss if you like.

I usually get a LOT of messages about the rooms available given the location and rent amount so please give me space to organise things.
