Description
Our friend has moved out, so we’re looking for someone outgoing, laidback and tidy to take his place.
I’ve lived here for almost three years and it really is a great flat. Everything you could want is within walking distance:
Zone 1 Northern Line Underground - 1.5 mins
Bike hire - 1 min
LOADS of shops and restaurants - 5 mins
M&S, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s - 5 mins
Riverside - 10 mins
Battersea Park - 10 mins
Kings Road, Chelsea - 20 mins
For anything that Battersea Power Station doesn’t have, Kings Road in Chelsea will likely have it.
The area is very safe, there’s a good security and police presence because of the nearby Battersea Power Station (shopping mall).

About us:
I’m Ryan. I’m a 28 year old male from England who works in marketing and sales. I’m friendly, open minded and like someone with a good sense of humour. I’m often up for going out (provided I’m not busy). I like finding new places around the city.
The other flatmate is Seb. He’s a 32 year old solicitor from Mexico who is one of the kindest people I’ve shared a flat with. He can make anyone feel welcome and again, he’s often up for hanging out.
Of course, during the week everyone is busy and you might just feel like going straight to your room, which is of course fine. It’s your flat too!

Practical stuff:
Bills aren’t included in the rent. They’re usually around £100 per month. Feel free to use the central heating as you like (the flat is well insulated), and the dishwasher. I tend to provide the soaps, olive oil, toilet and kitchen roll, and dishwasher capsules.
Your bedroom features a large sash window (top and bottom part can open) that’s double glazed. There’s nobody looking directly into the room, and in warmer months, your view is almost all trees which is relaxing and is quite rare for Zone 1 London. The room also comes with a double bed, a desk and two wardrobes for plenty of storage. There’s also a storage room to store suitcases etc.
