Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a flat-share starting end feb/1st March. The contract ends August 2026 so we're looking for someone to stay for the full 6 months. £1,150 monthly non inclusive of bills (except, heating is included!).
The room comes with the bed, standing lamp, bedside tables, white shelf, and closet-- the rest is all my own bought furniture so if you have any to bring there will be plenty of space!
Looking for a clean, friendly, and kind person who is used to living with others and sharing a space. Unfortunately no pets are allowed!
