We've got a room going in our four-bedroom, two-bathroom house, right by the river and park in Battersea. You’d be living with three guys, aged between 26-29 years old, for the remainder of our tenancy, which ends in 8 months’ time. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, desk and chair. The house is clean and fully kitted out with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a variety of kitchen appliances. The living area is open and great for socialising and winding down after work. We also have a paved garden area, which is an added benefit.
The house is located on Battersea Church Road, with a Co-op, Tesco Express, numerous cafés and a handful of pubs all within a short walk. The nearest tube station is Sloane Square (District/Circle lines), which takes 10-15 minutes by bus or 25 minutes by foot. Clapham Junction is a similar distance from the house, offering overground and national rail services.
We are all easy going, sociable and like a bit of sport. During the week, we are pretty focused on work but have adopted a favourable routine where we typically take it in turns to cook each night for each other – whoever cooks doesn’t have to clear up.
