Room available in friendly 3-bed flat right by Battersea Park – looking for a like-minded professional

We’ve got a room available in our 3-bed flat and are looking for a friendly, easy-going professional to join our home.

You’d be joining me (Hannah, 27, accountant) and Laura (28, teacher). We’re both relaxed and sociable, and we enjoy cooking, going to shows, and hosting friends for dinner now and then. We also love making the most of the park nearby. We actually met on SpareRoom a year ago and have become great friends, so we’re really hoping to find someone who’s up for being part of the flat in the same way — friendly, chatty when you feel like it, and comfortable doing your own thing too.

We’re looking for someone who’ll be up for the occasional chat in the kitchen, a cup of tea, and a bit of gossip, but who’s also independent and respectful of downtime. We’re after a homey, easy vibe with the occasional party/drinks being hosted.
