Large double room available in beautiful 3-bed house in Battersea/Clapham – Move in March

I’m (very sadly) moving out of this gorgeous house to move in with my boyfriend, so we’re looking for someone lovely to take over my room.

The house is in an absolute dream location – walking distance to both Battersea Park and Clapham Common – and really does feel like a proper home. The room is a large, furnished double in a spacious 3-bed house with two bathrooms, plus two outdoor spaces: a big garden on the ground floor and a balcony terrace upstairs that’s a proper sun trap.

You’d be living with two super friendly, very funny girls (29 & 32). We’re ideally looking for another girl in her late 20s to early 30s who wants a friendly, respectful household. We’re very social but also value our own space, keep the house clean, and love having a fun, happy atmosphere at home.

The place is also very roomy, so it’s easy to have your own space when you want it.

There’s a year left on the lease with the option to renew. Looking for someone to move in March time.

Rent is £1250 pcm + approx £120 bills
Deposit: £1288.46
