Double Bed in Battersea (all bills included)

I’m looking for someone to take over my room from 1st February- for two months (sublet) OR take a full agreement themselves

It’s a three-bedroom apartment over three floors with three bathrooms, a huge lounge, and a garden. The place is super homely.

You’d be sharing with two working girls.

Rent is 1200 per month, all bills included (even Wi-Fi). There’s a great relationship with the landlord, and the area is very safe, it’s on a private, gated road.

The flat has everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, and all the amenities, plus the garden is such a bonus.

Location-wise it’s in Battersea right on the bridge- so 10 minutes to Battersea Park and 10 minutes to King’s Road and really well bus connected.
