It is a cosy ground floor 3 bedroom flat with shared living/dining room and garden. The flat is on a very quiet street tucked behind Battersea Park Road and the Lighthouse Pub nearby. You can be at the Battersea Park gate in 5 minutes!

The room itself is facing our private garden. The room is small but quaint and is an ideal option for somebody who doesn't need too much storage. It has a decent size bed, a clothes rack at the back of the bed and has a space for a drawer/shelf.

The rent is £738pcm and includes all bills and a weekly cleaner.

You would be moving into a quiet, kind and respectful household. We do not really party or have people round very often and prefer quiet nights in or exploring London.

I am Saul, 37yo retail manager and I work nearby in Clapham Junction. Originally Lithuanian - I have been in the UK for 16 years and I love travelling , so for 7 weeks in a year I am always abroad. I like gaming, when there is free time and meeting my friends when possible.

Edgar is 33yo chef, originally Portuguese and he works in central London Mon-Fri. He likes gaming as well and is respectful, very chilled and easy to get along to.

We are looking for someone who is a professional that is someone who does not work from home, is friendly and considerate, but has their own social networks in London. Any nationality, sexuality is welcome.
