3 month tenancy takeover / sublet Battersea Park

Tenancy takeover / sublet available from March - July with option to extend tenancy. Huge house 1 minute walk from the park, with 2 girls and 1 boy. It says 4 bedrooms but there are actually 5, with one currently used as a storage room, so loads of space. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one girl (25) who’s very clean. Everyone in the house is friendly but also has their own social life’s! Room is unfurnished (apart from wardrobe) but depending on where I move to there could be the option to keep some furniture eg chest of drawers, desk etc. Viewings available from the end of Jan

Bills: ~£75 per month all in. Deposit is actually £1154 (wouldn’t let me add it)

Travel links: bus stop right outside the house, and Clapham Junction and Battersea Park Station both nearby.
