Double room in flat share, Battersea

Double room available in flat share of 4 people. It’s a 5 minute walk from Battersea park with a Tesco express just next door.

I have been living here since August and have loved it - I’m moving out with friends but the flat mates here are lovely and very friendly. Georgi and Xavier have been living in this property for 5 years already with Jay moving in earlier last year. All independent and respectful of others space and time but do enjoy a fun chat in the kitchen!

The rent includes council tax but WiFi and electricity are separate, making the total around £800pm but can change from month to month depending on usage etc.

There are two toilets and two showers between the four rooms. One kitchen and one living room. We are on floor 9 with lift access.

I’m moving out at the end of February but haven’t got a set date yet - we can work out when is best for both of us!
