I’m moving out and looking for someone great to take my room in a genuinely fun and social house near Clapham Junction.

You’d be living with three lovely professionals who all get on really well and actually enjoy spending time together. Lucy and Robi both work in finance, and Dez is a software engineer at a startup. They’re a very active bunch with regular gym sessions and occasional runs around Battersea Park, balanced with hanging out at home, cooking together, pub trips, and making the most of London life. It’s a sociable, easygoing household without being a crazy party house, and they’re keen to find someone who’ll fit into that dynamic.

The house itself is perfect for shared living, with large communal areas, a garden/patio that’s ideal for summer BBQs and drinks, and a basement for extra storage. It genuinely feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep.

The room itself is a large double with a shared bathroom. Lots of light comes into the room and it looks over the patio area. There is heaps of storage and wardrobe space as well!

There is also a separate study that can be shared by those who work from home!

Location-wise it’s spot on: just a 6-minute walk to Clapham Junction station and around 12 minutes to Battersea Park. Amazing transport links, plus loads of pubs, cafés, and shops nearby.

They’re ideally looking for a friendly, tidy person who’s keen to be part of a social household where people actually hang out together rather than just coexist.
