Modern Double Room in Nine Elms – Female Flatmate

This is a modern 2-bedroom flat located in The Lark, Nine Elms. I’m leaving London and looking for a female flatmate (preferably aged 22–32) to sublet my double room from April onwards (move-in date flexible). You’ll be sharing the flat with my current flatmate, who is friendly, tidy, and easy-going. The flat is bright and well-maintained, with a modern kitchen and comfortable shared living space, and benefits from excellent transport links and local amenities.
