Cozy room available in Battersea house

Moving out of my room in a lovely shared house in Battersea after 3.5 years to move in with my boyfriend so looking for someone to take over my room.

The house is a 3 storey 4 bedroom house with an amazing open plan living room dining room. Plus kitchen, bathroom and garden.

Located 12 min walk to Clapham Junction station and all the lovely pubs, shops and coffee shops around there. Less than 10 min walk to Battersea park. 2 mins to Sainsbury’s and 5 mins to our favourite pub The Latchmere!

Move in date is a bit flexible from mid April onwards.

The desk and chair are mine so won’t come with the room but everything else (full length mirror and bedside table) comes with it.

You’d be sharing with three lovely housemates. All super lovely and easy to live with:
Charlotte (27): Plays hockey in nearby Battersea park, works in energy so we get a sweet staff discount, can come up with a pun for any situation and loves a fun Friday sweet treat.

Soph: (28): Loves a spicy marg, works in insurance in the city, is a big reader (she read 53 books last year 😮) and has many fun travel stories and recipes from travelling around Asia.

Maddie (28): A teacher at a local school and another excellent cook! Usually found, playing a game or reading/writing but also regularly plays football and loves a night out.

Looking for someone to continue to make the house feel like a home. With the renters rights bill the contract will switch to a rolling contract but no one has any plans to leave anytime soon!
