Short term until June, then takeover in Sep - read

Heya, I’m going travelling for a lil bit and subletting my room for 3 months, I’ll return for the summer until end of August but then I’ll be moving out so you have the option to take over the tenancy permanently if you would like from start of September onwards, although you won’t be able to stay here between end of June - end of August.

This is a very cute house, we’ve got Amelia and George who are super sociable and love a drink/ chill movie night.

Location is amazing, 15 minutes walk from Battersea power station, 10 mins walk from Battersea park, and 25 minutes walk from Clapham, we’ve got Sainsburys, Tesco, and lots of food places around.
