The flat used to be marketed as a three-bed, but now cannot due to HMO laws, so we will also have a spare room which I’m thinking of either making into an office space or a chill/reading room with maybe a pull out chair bed for guests? We can work on this together based on what we think we’ll need. We could also use it as a wardrobe space.

You'll be living with me, a 27-year-old single radio producer and freelance DJ. I love calm, chill evenings in the week and cooking, running and pubbing during the weekends!
I've lived in this flat for the last year and held a couple of dinners/games nights here, as well as a couple of parties, ending up in The Swan hehe. I love disco house music so me and my friends regularly go to events (like Horse Meat Disco, Don't F**k With Disco) and would love to live with someone that meets that same vibe.

No pets, unfortunately, even though I am a massive dog lover😔
