Hey! We are Eve (24), James & Ben (25) - all friends (& colleagues!) currently working in F1 and looking to fill our spare room in Clapham Junction/Battersea.
We’re looking for someone also in their mid 20’s who is also a working young professional, clean/tidy and who enjoys hanging out but also their own downtime.
The house is about a 7 min walk from Clapham junction station & 10 mins from Battersea Park. There is 2 bathrooms (Main Bathroom and En-suite) and also a small garden/patio.
The room itself contains a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and desk+chair. Looks out onto the patio and gets good natural light. Kitchen has nice gas hob and washer/dryer unit. Living room has TV where we often share all major streaming services (when password sharing permits!).
Rent is £1,045 + bills are ~£100 a month (Council tax, 250MB virgin media wifi, water, gas & electricity)
Room would be available from early March!
