Room for rent nice Nine Elms area

Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate to take a double room in a modern flat in Nine Elms.

The flat has a bright open-plan kitchen and living area, which makes it feel really spacious and sociable. There are 2 bathrooms in total - one is en-suite (in my bedroom), so the main bathroom would mostly be yours. Both bedrooms have direct access to a balcony, which is a great bonus.

Bills are not included but they vary between 70-130 (summer/winter)

All appliances and equipment are almost new, and there’s plenty of storage throughout the flat. The building also includes gym access which is around the corner and surprisingly very well equipped

Location-wise, it’s very convenient:
• 3 minutes to Waitrose
• 5 minutes to Sainsbury’s
• 5-minute walk to Nine Elms Station
• 15-minute walk to Vauxhall Station

The room comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe, if you have some furniture would be great

A bit about me: I’m 31, a civil engineer, and I work 8–5pm Monday to Friday. I rarely work from home. I’m ideally looking for someone with a similar routine — professional, tidy, and considerate. I have an active social life and usually go out with friends on weekends, so it would be great to live with someone who also has their own life going on.
