Large dining/kitchen with washing machine, separate large living room and back yard great for BBQs.
The room available has a double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe.

Current housemates are:
Nadya - 28 - sustainability researcher - pretends to like yoga

Seva - 30 - architect - actually likes cooking

We're a tidy house and get along well but don't live in each other's pockets. Like to get on with our own stuff and might occasionally get a meal together or share a beer.



Fantastic position for transport and amenities:
 2min walk to buses - 87 (West End), 77 (Waterloo), 137 (Oxford Circus), 344 (City)
5-10min walk to Queenstown Rd (Waterloo / SouthWest), Battersea Park (Victoria / London Bridge) and Wandsworth Rd Overground
10-15min walk to Northern Line (Clapham Common / Clapham North).
Walking distance to bars and restaurants of Clapham Jct, Clapham Old Town and Clapham High Street. Battersea Park and Clapham Common also a short walk away.
