TENANTS:
Two professionals.

One 35yo dental nurse. Loves fitness/wellness, going out to restaurants/brunch, and travelling.

One 29yo nursery school teacher. From Spain, loves yoga/pilates, baking and travelling.

THE ROOM:
I have already moved myself out and the bedroom has since had a new carpet, bed frame and mattress added. The room also comes with a new wardrobe and a cute bedside table as provided by the letting agents.

You also have your very own good sized bathroom. Both the other girls have en-suites so no need to share. The bathroom has a bath and a shower and is big enough to add some additional storage cabinets if you so wish.

There is a large lounge with Juliette balcony, two sofas, TV with Netflix etc and a 6 person dining table. This room does need a bit of TLC in terms of decor so feel free to contribute.

BORING STUFF:
This is through an agency so you will need to prove employment and provide payslips, a recent utility bill/letter with address, passport, 3 months bank statements (I think that’s it).

Each tenant has bills that they are responsible for managing - with everyone paying an equal share of each.

PREFERENCE:
Looking for likeminded person and would love to meet you. You will be required to pass referencing (employed, regular income etc) as per the conditions of the letting agents. Initial signing of agreement until May 2026 with the option to the stay on a further 6 or 12 months.
